Claudia will take you on a Tour to discover the Winery.

While walking in the vineyards and visiting the wine cellar, Claudia will tell you the story of the farm and wine production from land working to bottling. It follows the wine tasting in the charming room with breathtaking views and home made cured meats and local cheeses.

We share our experience in foods with our guests, to give them suggestions and tips to set in motion their creativity.

The cooking classes are held at our agriturismo.
Each class starts in our traditional family dining room and lasts about three hours, with a short break for an aperitif featuring our estate wines and our homemade cured meats.

Our philosophy is all about sharing our cooking experience with our guests, offering tips and inspiration so they can put their own creativity into practice at home.

Together, we prepare a full menu — from bread to dessert. Guests have the chance to cook with our guidance, and at the end of the class, they enjoy the meal they’ve prepared, paired with our wines.

Each guest receives a personalized recipe booklet and an apron to take home. The idea is to share our experience in a way that guests can recreate the dishes later, even with different ingredients
